Name: Rafn Viste
Player: Vurma (Peter)
Spoken Quote Color: "Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make!"
Gender/Race: Male, Human
Age: 25
Appearance: Roughly 6'1'', Rafn is very thin. He has medium length black hair, and a teardrop shaped face. His normal outfit consists of moderately tight black cloth pants, a form fitting black shirt with a high collar (reminiscent of the style of his home), as well as a long black cloak with a hood which covers most of his face when worn up. He has a scar that goes from his left temple down to his neck, which was a result of the Skaberen that ignited his spark. His eyes are a golden yellow, and he is missing his left ring finger, but doesn't wear gloves to cover up that fact.
Home Plane: Innistrad
Mana Alignment: Blue, utilizing both White and Black mana as well.
Personality: Mostly quiet, and keeps to himself. He usually speaks with a cold tone of voice, except when speaking to Spirits. Rafn mostly has a distrust of other people, and he has a very morbid curiosity about life and death. He is always internally conflicted between white and black magic, but remaining a blue mana user either way. He is leaning toward white mana, as a Spiritcaller, but can't help himself and still dabbles in black spells and such as a Ghoulcaller.
Backstory: Rafn grew up in Nephalia, not knowing his parents, and living mostly on his own. Always interested in both Spirits and the living dead (Skaabs, Ghouls, Zombies), he grew up fascinated with both. He was comforted with the company of the spirits of Nephalia, but he couldn't help himself and studied Skaabs and Ghouls despite knowing what would happen to him if either party discovered that he studied the other.
Rafn's Spark was ignited when he was 24. One day on a routine study of some of the Skaberen, he was captured and mistaken for a living subject to be used in an experiment. After he was strapped to the table, and the first incision made, his spark ignited and in a surge of power, he summoned forth many spirits to his aid, and awakened the bodies that were intended to become a part of him. Following this, Rafn woke up in (what he would discover to be) the jungle of Zendikar with little memory of what had happened, and no idea where he was.
